I build and scale teams, products, and operations across fast-moving Web3. With over three years in the exchange and trading space — including more than three years at Tokenize Xchange — I bring together country-level operations, product execution, and people/organization design into one integrated skill set.

I led cross-border hiring across Taiwan, Singapore, and Vietnam—building a 10+ engineering/product team in six months, later scaling it to 30+ and supporting company-wide growth to 60+ employees across all regions. Beyond hiring, I drove OKR implementation, improved execution alignment, and strengthened multi-market delivery.

At Tokenize, I took on a hybrid role as Country Manager, HRBP, and Product/Operations Lead, overseeing market expansion, P&L, compliance support, and cross-functional product development. I served as the bridge between HQ and regional teams, ensuring smooth execution from strategy to launch.
