I've worked across DeFi, Metaverse ,NFT marketplaces, Layer-2 protocols, and crypto exchanges remotely, for teams in Singapore, Brazil, Dubai, United kingdom Canada, Estonia, and the Bahamas. I learned that what kills most Web3 projects isn't bad technology. It's this: they build crowds, not communities.

That insight became my edge. In 2022, I took a pivot. I co-founded a travel company from scratch, grew it to 45 staff, built a partner network expanding 70% in months, and hit $100K+ in sales in under a year. It taught me how real business runs KPIs, B2B negotiation, cross-functional team management, and customer retention.
