As a Community Manager and social, my story begins not in the world of technology, but in the far-off land of retail management. You see, before I was decoding blockchain, I was counting beans at Sainsbury's and Morrisons - quite literally.

It was there that I first discovered my knack for people and processes. Organizing inventory was oddly satisfying, but the real joy came from interacting with a team, solving problems on the fly, and yes, even navigating the occasional disgruntled customer.
