Over the past 2 years, I have fully immersed myself in the Crypto/Defi/Web3 ecosystem, working closely with numerous crypto projects to address their hiring needs and facilitate effective team-building efforts.

This includes technical positions such as Blockchain Devs, Rust Engineers, and Golang Dev as well as business-focused roles like CMOs, CTOs, COOs and Head of Compliance, Algorithm Trader, Quantitative Analyst and other Marketing/ Partnership/Growth roles as well.
