I transitioned into project management from technical support, gaining an understanding of the product’s specifics and identifying growth points from the end user's perspective. As a project manager, I identified areas for improvement in internal processes and enhanced communication between the project and external teams.

Currently, I manage 3 NDA projects on a B2B platform using Scrum methodology.

Key achievements and areas of focus:

  • Coordination of internal project teams: Organized effective collaboration between internal teams (Marketing, Design, Support, etc.) to achieve project goals. This includes task delegation, progress monitoring, resource management, and ensuring timely communication.

  • Experience with B2B platforms: Gained an understanding of the specifics of working within B2B projects and coordinated the efforts of multiple related development teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Project management and communication skills: Experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of projects, including managing timelines and resources. I foster effective communication both within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement from all participants.

Tell us a joke?

A developer, a DevOps, and a crypto PM get stuck in an elevator. Dev says, “I’ll script a rescue.” DevOps: “Relax, it auto-scales via AWS.” PM opens laptop: “We’ve got 10 sprints till oxygen runs out. Tasks: 1. Escape, 2. Survive, 3. Launch ElevatorCoin.” 5 mins later — DAO is live, token’s pumping, elevator’s still stuck.
