My story is really about building trust with people, solving problems, and helping them succeed with tools that may seem complex at first.
I started in customer service and technical support, where I learned how to guide people through challenges — whether it was setting up DNS records for a website at Strikingly, troubleshooting telecom issues at AT&T, or helping players navigate a betting platform at BetMGM. Each role taught me to explain technical or complicated ideas in a way that anyone could understand.
