I began my career as a Textile Engineer after graduating from the Faculty of Applied Arts in 2023. My academic focus was on Spinning, Weaving, and Knitting, which laid the groundwork for my technical expertise in the textile industry.

My first role was as a Technical Support Specialist at Xceed from January 2018 to January 2019. In this position, I developed a strong foundation in customer service, leveraging my in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively. I thrived on delivering positive experiences and resolving technical issues, which sharpened my problem-solving skills.
