In my 2 years of experience in customer service, I have found that I get immense satisfaction when a customer or client gets their problem resolved due to my help. Customer executives are the first line of defense for any company and it is a great feat to be at the frontline fighting fire whenever needed. I've developed a NAC of understanding what the customer desires without them articulating it straight away which helps in solving issues extremely fast - developed due to my exposure to thousands of customers I've assisted....
