I am a bilingual Japanese-English business development and strategy professional with 10+ years of experience building new businesses across Japan and international markets, including extensive experience in Web3, FinTech, tokenization and digital assets.

I began my career at Recruit, working on new business development and emerging technology initiatives. I later founded and led ventures in Japan, including a blockchain-based real estate investment platform, and have since worked independently with startups, investors and established companies on business development, fundraising, market entry and strategic partnerships.

Since entering the crypto industry in 2016, I have worked across token issuance, fundraising, exchange relationships, real-world asset tokenization and cross-border regulatory structures. I have coordinated projects involving investors, founders, lawyers, exchanges, technology partners and other stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

My strongest skill is taking an ambiguous opportunity and turning it into an executable business. I am particularly effective where technology, finance, regulation and international business intersect, and where building the right partnerships is as important as developing the strategy itself.

I am currently interested in senior business development, strategy, partnerships and new venture roles with ambitious Web3, FinTech and technology companies expanding in Japan or internationally.
