Over the last few years, I’ve helped protocols move from coordination experiments to self-sustaining ecosystems by designing validator incentives, DAO frameworks, and governance architectures that make decentralization measurable.

At Chainflow, I helped bring our validator from testnet to mainnet across multiple networks, developing governance and incentive strategies that directly shaped ecosystem growth. That hands-on validator experience gave me a ground-level view of how technical design, economics, and social consensus interact, a perspective I now apply in my protocol research and advisory work.

My research has focused heavily on Solana, where I’ve contributed to discussions around Solana's market structure, Jito’s subDAO mechanisms, and the SIMD-228 governance proposal, analyzing validator coordination, MEV markets, and decision-making maturity within high-throughput systems. This experience culminated in the Governance Memory System (GMS), a framework I built under my firm OCC Research to track outcomes, decision quality, and feedback loops across protocols.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of governance, research, and business development. I build frameworks that measure impact, not intent, and help protocols evolve from ad hoc coordination to structured, data-driven governance. At my core, I believe autonomy and sovereignty are key.
