I am a General Manager, Tokenization Consultant, and Founder of Token Consulting Group (TCG), with over 20 years of experience leading strategic, technology-driven programs across Telecommunications and IT industries in Europe and Latin America.

Throughout my career, I have directed multidisciplinary teams in complex digital transformation, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives, developing leaders and building high-performance organizations that deliver lasting impact.

I hold certifications including PgMP®, PMP®, PRINCE2®, CSM®, and SAFe® Agilist, along with advanced degrees in Project Management, Telecommunications Networks & Services, and Strategic Leadership. My management philosophy combines strategic vision, agile frameworks, and operational excellence to transform how organizations design and execute their growth initiatives.

A key highlight of my trajectory was leading the creation and launch of Mexico’s first Secure Mobile Virtual Network Operator (SMVNO), MXLINK, an industry-recognized milestone in telecommunications innovation.

Since 2017, I have been deeply engaged in the blockchain ecosystem, exploring the power of decentralization (DeFi), tokenization (RWA), and Web3 technologies to redefine business models and financing structures.
