As Head of Development, I’m currently architecting and building a secure C++ terminal from scratch. I own all technical decisions and CI/CD, delivering a robust product on an aggressive timeline.
Crisis Management & System Stabilization (2024 – 2025):
Took full ownership of a failing microservice system after the tech lead’s departure. I stabilized the platform, engineered a failover solution achieving 99.9% recording reliability, and led it to successful deployment.
Deep Engineering & Performance Optimization (2019 – 2024):
Architected a complex real-time video pipeline from firmware to UI. Solved extreme performance challenges to achieve an ultra-low 18ms end-to-end latency.
