My crypto story started in 2017, well before it was a career path. I was working freelance as a cryptocurrency consultant — setting up exchange and e-commerce platforms, integrating payment gateways across multiple coins, and spending most of my time doing something less glamorous but more important: sitting with people one-on-one, walking them through KYC, helping them set up wallets, and drilling into them why backing up a seed phrase actually matters. I ran meetups and made tutorial videos because the biggest barrier back then wasn't the technology, it was that nobody knew how to use it safely.

Nearly a decade later, I've been doing the same work at a much larger scale. For the past two years I've run support and exchange operations at Coinflare, a global exchange serving over 10,000 users, handling 150–600 tickets a day across spot trading, derivatives, deposits, withdrawals, and account security. I do KYC verification and fraud investigations using Jumio and Onfido, monitor wallet health, liquidity, and blockchain confirmations through Kibana and Grafana, and work with engineering through Jira to root-cause incidents rather than just clear tickets. I also built the knowledge base and chat automation layer that cut down repetitive support load, and I manage our Telegram community.

What makes me useful in crypto isn't that I understand the technology — plenty of people do. It's that I've spent years on the side of it where things go wrong: the failed deposit, the frozen withdrawal, the account someone's convinced has been compromised. I know what breaks, why it breaks, and how it feels to the person on the other end.
