I’m ----- -----, a post-graduate in MCA. During my MCA program, the department recognized my management skills and appointed me as the Student Placement Officer, which allowed me to gain early corporate exposure and develop leadership capabilities. I then joined TELEPERFORMANCE as a Software Developer, working there for a year before stepping away due to personal reasons. During this time, I also launched an FMCG product, which is currently in its testing phase, providing me with valuable entrepreneurial experience and the ability to take calculated risks.
With a strong foundation in management, I transitioned into product management, where I found my passion for driving innovative solutions. I embraced Web3 early on, earning certifications and gaining hands-on experience with blockchain and decentralized technologies. To complement this, I developed expertise in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, enhancing my skill set as a Technical Product Manager.
Currently, I’m working as a Product Manager at a seed-stage startup, where I manage cross-functional teams, lead business development efforts, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver value. What makes me great is my ability to adapt, lead, and bridge the gap between technical and business teams, turning complex ideas into successful products. I thrive on challenges, constantly learning and evolving to stay ahead of the curve.
