Most recently, I drove product strategy and GTM across 25+ Web3 startups at a Dubai-based accelerator, working across tokenization, DeFi lending, blockchain infrastructure, and gaming. I led a 10+ person team, scaled the portfolio across 12 countries, and generated $2.2M+ in revenue and funding.

Before that, I joined a US Web3 gaming startup as the first hire, built the product org from scratch, and led a 20+ person cross-functional team. We scaled the company to $8M+ in revenue, building products across NFT marketplaces, in-game economies, dynamic pricing, wallet UX abd blockchain security.

I’m comfortable at both ends of the product spectrum: leading large cross-functional teams through strategy, roadmaps, and execution, and building AI-native products solo across automations, agents, and full-stack applications.

I’m strongest in ambiguous product environments: diagnosing the real constraint, translating complex on-chain systems into usable products, aligning teams, and shipping.
