I’m a Financial Operations & Payments Manager with 3+ years of experience in IT products and digital services.

I started my career in technical support, later became a senior technical support, and then moved into payment and financial operations. This background helps me understand products from both the technical and operational sides and communicate effectively with developers and payment providers.

What I do

• Manage payment operations end to end: deposits, withdrawals, refunds
• Work with banks, crypto gateways, P2P solutions, and e-wallets
• Handle chargebacks, disputes, and KYC / AML processes
• Monitor payment performance, incidents, and provider stability
• Coordinate with development teams on payment bugs and integrations

I’ve supported multiple international projects at the same time, including a flagship product with 14M+ users.
