I started my journey in the professional world with a desire to make a meaningful impact. Over the years, I worked with several companies, each offering a unique challenge and opportunity to grow. My roles primarily involved Community Manager (CM) and Group Manager (GM), positions that allowed me to connect directly with people, answer their questions, and guide them in the right direction.

In these roles, I managed community groups, facilitated communication between users and the company, and ensured that the customers felt heard and valued. I learned the importance of patience and clear communication, which played a huge role in building trust with the users. I would spend 7 to 8 hours daily, ensuring that no query was left unanswered and that all users received the support they needed.

Through dedication and consistent effort, I was able to grow professionally and personally. I not only earned money but also gained immense satisfaction from helping people and building communities around the services I was involved with. Each step of my journey allowed me to refine my skills, broaden my knowledge, and contribute to the success of the teams I worked with. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built and the impact I’ve made. Now, as I continue to advance in my career, I am driven by the knowledge that my ability to listen, respond, and lead will continue to play a crucial role in my success.
