I currently serve as Marketing Operations Manager at Crypto Banter, where I help build the systems, strategy and execution behind one of the world's largest crypto media and community platforms, specifically for our Challenger community.

Previously, I founded and scaled one of Australia's fastest-growing independent combat sports media companies, reaching more than 1M Australians with a lean team and no outside capital.

Over the past five years, I've advised leading crypto, DeFi and fintech projects on marketing strategy, go-to-market execution and ecosystem growth. My research and writing focus on decentralised governance, crypto economics and the institutional evolution of Web3.
