I'm a Fintech Operations professional who joined FundingPips at launch and took full ownership of the compliance, fraud prevention, and payment operations that supported a global proprietary trading firm serving funded traders across 100+ countries. What makes me different is the combination of operational depth and technical hands-on experience that's rare at my level. I didn't just follow processes — I owned and designed them. I ran the KYC onboarding process, created the pre-activation fraud screening framework using IP analysis, device fingerprinting, and behavioral review, and managed 15–25 chargeback cases daily across Stripe, Checkout.com, MyFatoorah, NowPayments, and Forumpay — including crypto channels. I also contributed directly to the Ruby on Rails codebase, developing a cross-account card detection feature that became a core fraud prevention layer on the platform. I authored 15+ SOPs, served as the primary PSP liaison for all escalations, and produced structured financial dispute reports on daily through annual cycles. I'm now focused on bringing this skillset into the crypto-native space — where fast-moving compliance, fraud risk, and payment operations challenges are exactly what I've spent three years solving.
