Im an Lending sales manager, who manages a call centre with approx seats of 130 , along with 8 Team Leaders who manage them. We sell business loans, my task are to manage team leads, over look day to day activities, ensure the laid out guidelines are followed, initiate trainings wherever a gap is observed. Preparing excel reports see improvement areas, share feedbacks. Quality checks to observe errors.
