My professional journey actually started in HR operations, where I was responsible for onboarding employees, documentation compliance, and maintaining accurate records. That role taught me process discipline, confidentiality, and how important proper documentation is for an organization to function smoothly.

After that, I moved into customer operations for a U.S.-based healthcare client. There I handled high-volume cases involving orders, payments, insurance eligibility, and escalations. Many situations required me to investigate issues, verify customer details, and decide the correct action while following company policies and service-level agreements.

Over time I realized my strength sits between operations and decision-making. I am comfortable following structured procedures, but I also understand user behavior and can identify when something doesn’t look right — for example unusual refund requests, documentation mismatches, or inconsistent customer information. Because of this, I naturally became careful with approvals and focused on protecting both the customer and the company.

What makes me a strong fit for risk and operations is this combination: HR taught me compliance and audit discipline, and customer service taught me real-world problem solving and de-escalation. Risk management sits exactly between people and process, and my experience has trained me in both areas. I am someone who stays calm, documents properly, and makes decisions based on evidence rather than assumption.
