Since 2019, I’ve held various roles within the property and casualty insurance industry from claims adjuster to recruiter to now a Claims Manager overseeing a team of 25 inspectors across various states. In all my roles, I’ve seen just how lagging current workflows and processes are and how certain technologies, specifically Blockchain technology, could be implemented to not only transfer cost savings to the consumer (in my case, the insured), but also assist in mitigating fraud and resolving claims almost instantly.
