Went from Civil Engineering to Web3. I've managed large scale subdivision projects and have dealt with all types of personalities - from labourers to billionaires. When I got into Web3, I was a crypto coach and doing research at the same time with live Q&A's for the paid users.
I then moved to a Web3 VC where I was Head of Investments. I managed a team of 3 analysts/researchers; I designed an efficient operating system of sorting through the dealflow and assess which projects to invest in.
Through the network I built, I signed with a GameFi company where I was (and still am) contracted to help them raise money and introduce them to my network.
My real strength that I offer our industry is the fact I have a high emotional IQ, I can build, manage and lead efficient teams and I have a deep understanding in blockchain. This makes me very versatile in my roles and how I can help companies.
