My story

I’m a product leader with founder background who builds crypto and Web3 products where correctness, trust, and operational reality matter. Over the last several years, I’ve worked at the intersection of crypto, DeFi, payments, and regulated financial systems.

I co-founded and led product for a BaFin-regulated crypto investment platform in Germany, taking it from a blank slate to a live system used by thousands of customers with real funds. I owned the product end to end, from onboarding and KYC/AML to custody, transaction flows, and portfolio execution, and operated the platform through real incidents and partner failures.

Alongside this, I have deep hands-on knowledge of DeFi. I understand core primitives such as lending, AMMs, liquidity, and risk mechanics, and I designed and operated DeFi-based investment strategies that were shipped to users under licensed custody and regulatory constraints. I also teach crypto and DeFi, focusing on how these systems actually behave in practice rather than theory.
