I entered crypto in 2020 and have been actively involved in trading, ecosystem participation, and user support since then. My background combines hands-on market experience (spot trading, P2P, CEX platforms, DeFi participation) with client-facing operational work inside digital projects.

On the trading side, I worked with spot markets (achieved +300% portfolio growth within 3 months during one cycle), participated in token activities, drops, and DeFi mechanics. I have experience with Bybit, OKX, Bitget, MEXC, Coinbase, BingX and other exchanges. Futures trading is not my focus — I prioritize structured risk and long-term logic.

Beyond personal trading, I’ve supported users inside crypto environments — explaining exchange mechanics, onboarding processes, P2P operations, transaction flows, and participation in token activities. I’ve also provided private mentoring in copy-trading strategies on Solana-based ecosystems.

Professionally, I worked within a digital subscription-based agency environment where I handled client support, retention, VIP communication, and CRM workflows. I processed high volumes of chat-based interactions daily, worked with KPI-driven systems, optimized communication templates, and contributed to revenue growth and client lifetime value.

My stack includes: CRM systems (amoCRM and internal tools), Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, Discord, Telegram (including bot logic), analytics reporting, and structured communication workflows.
