I work in customer support, community ops, and growth for Web3 products. 5+ years supporting users across wallets, bridges, staking, token launches, and on-chain campaigns.

At Tanssi, I run operations across Discord/Telegram/X plus growth platforms (Galxe ~70k, Guild ~29k). I’ve executed campaigns with 6k–20k participants (150k+ total), led incident comms during technical issues, and worked with engineering/product on bug triage, reproduction steps, and customer-facing updates. I ran anti-sybil reviews (3,000+ accounts removed; 20,000+ accounts evaluated using on-chain + behavior signals).

Strong in on-chain investigation (Etherscan/Subscan), automation (Discord/Telegram bots), and analytics (Sheets/Excel). Open to CX/Support, Customer Ops, and Community Ops roles.
