I've been running mining infrastructure since 2015 long enough to have lived through multiple halvings, the GPU boom, the Ethereum Merge and several bear markets. That taught me what matters in this industry: uptime, efficiency and keeping costs under control when margins get thin.
Since 2023 I've applied that experience to AI server infrastructure. Mining and AI compute share the same core challenges: power, cooling, hardware selection and keeping expensive machines running 24/7. Many mining operators are now pivoting to AI and HPC, and I've already made that transition myself.
What I bring:
10+ years of hands-on experience with mining hardware [ASICs / GPUs], setup, maintenance and troubleshooting Building and operating GPU servers for AI workloads Optimizing for energy efficiency and profitability
I'm looking for remote roles in mining operations, data center or infrastructure management, or helping companies move from mining to AI compute.
