I come from a mixed background of legal training, growth strategy, and hands-on experience inside fast-moving Web3 communities. My story starts in a completely different world; studying law and completing the SQE1 — which gave me the discipline to think clearly, communicate precisely, and work well under pressure. But I found myself drawn to environments that move faster and reward initiative, which naturally led me into Web3.
My first real step into the space was becoming Collaboration Lead for a project backed by AB InBev. I built and ran the entire outreach system: mapping target communities, creating escalation funnels, coordinating multiple team members, and building relationships with groups across the Solana ecosystem. That experience taught me how to grow a community from the ground up, how to manage creators and influencers, and how to run a structured collaboration strategy, without losing the authenticity that Web3 communities expect.
What makes me great is a combination of reliability, organisation, and cultural fluency. I understand meme cycles, social virality, and how communities behave because I’m actively involved in them every day. I bring structure without killing creativity, and I’m at my best when I’m building momentum, forming partnerships, and giving a community something to rally around.
