I've been in crypto for 6+ years and part of the Binance ecosystem for 5+ of them - first as a Binance Angel, now as an Archangel. My work lives at the intersection of community, support, and education.

I manage a 45K+ Telegram community and 110K+ Instagram audience, help real users solve real problems daily, and have spoken at 30+ AMA sessions explaining everything from P2P to DeFi to people who are just finding their way in crypto.

Behind the scenes - I test new features before release, write feedback reports for internal teams, and track what users actually struggle with.
