With nearly 15 years of experience in smart cities, intelligent IoT, big data, and artificial intelligence technology research and industrialization, I have long led major national projects and core industry initiatives. Formerly a technical expert at CETC Smart City Research Institute, leader/chief engineer of the national “Integrated Space-Ground” major project emergency response team, and held key positions such as Deputy Director of the Police Intelligence Office at CETC system, Product Manager at Tian’ao Aerospace, and Deputy Manager of the General Center at Chengdu Tian’ao Group. Specialized in smart IoT, big data algorithms, AI, and image intelligence processing systems, focusing on theoretical research, system architecture, and engineering implementation. Skilled in coordinating cross-department collaboration, product roadmap planning, and driving results transformation. Recently led and advanced more than 20 key research and engineering projects in public security, emergency management, government, and military sectors, including: • National “Integrated Space-Ground” special project demonstration, ZZ simulation, 2J/9J special projects; • National emergency response platform, forest fire rapid monitoring technology demonstration; • Shenzhen Public Security traffic violation detection, 3D traffic condition display projects; • Jiaxing smart city, Shenzhen Futian common capability platform, new smart city realistic engineering laboratory; • Gansu road and bridge radar-vision integrated early warning system, China Southern Power Grid, Hainan Airlines system development, etc. Capable of full-process control from top-level planning, technical architecture, system development to result implementation.
