I was first introduced to blockchain technology back in 2010 when I started mining Bitcoin, driven by the idea of "free internet money." At the time, I didn’t fully realize its potential, but as blockchain evolved, I came to appreciate the profound impact it could have on decentralized systems. By 2017, I was mining Ethereum and deepening my understanding of web3. That’s when my interest in blockchain security really took shape.
Cybersecurity and hacking have always intrigued me. It wasn’t until I discovered the emerging field of web3 security that I knew it was my passion. I’ve since been focusing on smart contract auditing, vulnerability analysis, and building security tools in Rust and Solidity. I’ve also contributed to various CTF competitions, including Paradigm, to sharpen my skills and stay up to date with attack vectors.
Through my work as a web admin, I automated critical business processes with Python, and my Micromaster in Data Science at UCSD further expanded my skills in Python, particularly in machine learning. Combining my practical programming experience and security focus, I’ve built projects to help individuals safeguard their wallets and to help security researchers study attack patterns from bots.
