I started as a Customer Service Representative during the pandemic, but my interest in Web3 grew when Axie Infinity gained popularity. I became a community helper for GuildFi Thailand, eventually leaving CSR to focus fully on Web3 and earning a promotion to Moderator. In Discord and Telegram, I managed onboarding for new members, resolved conflicts, moderated discussions, coordinated announcements, and hosted game nights to actively engage the community. I also monitored user behavior, prevented scams, educated members about security and crypto best practices, collected community feedback to improve projects, organized mini-events, and supported content creators within the community.
Later, as GuildFi rebranded into Zentry, I became a KOL ambassador, creating content on X to promote projects and increase community engagement. Recognizing my potential, someone hired me as a Personal Assistant, and together we launched a meme coin now active in the Ronin community. After four years in Zentry, the company had to downsize, and my team was let go. I’m now looking for new opportunities where I can continue growing and contributing to Web3 communities, bringing my experience in community building, moderation, and project promotion to new initiatives.
