Responsibilities

• Utilize enterprise ERP and financial point systems to provide value-added analysis and reporting, driving insights for operational improvements.
• Architect and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, including the development of custom scripts using JavaScript/JSQL to automate processes and extend system functionality.
• Engage directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve process efficiencies.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for software development.
• Offer strategic recommendations to business users and executives, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Support day-to-day system operations, advocating for and implementing a data-driven culture.
• Conduct targeted training sessions to empower business users, boosting their system knowledge, confidence, and operational efficiency.
• Adapt to a dynamic industry landscape, ensuring rapid delivery and time-to-market for system solutions.
• Accommodate flexible working hours to ensure alignment and communication with global teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a systems analysis or project management role, with significant exposure to financial systems.
• Strong background in accounting/finance and systems consulting, with expertise in designing solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work effectively with business users to address complex system requirements and challenges.
• High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, often under minimal supervision.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, coupled with rigorous attention to detail.
