Responsibilities:

• KOL and Affiliates Identification and Recruitment:
• Identify and recruit KOLs and Institutional KOLs within your region.Evaluate potential KOLs based on their reach, influence, engagement, and alignment with Binance’s brand values and goals.
Relationship Building and Management:
• Nurture strong and long-term relationships with KOLs to foster brand loyalty and advocacy;
• Act as POC for KOLs, promptly addressing their concerns, feedback, and requirements.
Campaigns and Incentive Programs:
• Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement strategies, campaigns, and incentives to promote Binance’s products and services;
• Collaborate with KOLs to create authentic and compelling content that aligns with Binance’s marketing objectives;
• Monitor and analyze campaign/initiative performance, ensuring that KOL activities drive desired outcomes such as registrations and trading volume.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Set clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate KOL campaigns' effectiveness;
• Track KOL performance initiatives generating reports to provide insights on ROI, engagement, and impact on trading volume;
• Recommend optimizations based on data analysis to enhance future campaigns.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Provide support to Global initiatives being the liaison between Central Teams and local markets;
• Work closely with Marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive and integrated KOL strategies;
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all KOL activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and Binance’s policies;
• Ensure constant cooperation and connection with the Global and other regions' teams to exchange results and learnings, and provide support. 
Market Research and Industry Trends:
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and the competitive landscape to keep Binance’s KOL strategies relevant and effective;
• Provide regular feedback to the Marketing and Product teams on market insights gathered from KOL interactions.
Event Management:
• Organize and manage events such as webinars, live streams, and meetups with KOLs to engage with the community, drive discussions, and promote Binance;
Referrals:
• Lead Retail Referral Program development and implementation in collaboration with Lifecycle, Marketing, and Ops Teams;
• Track Retail Referral Program performance looking for constant improvements and higher impact on metrics;
• Constantly seek innovative initiatives to keep users engaged and encourage them to promote the program;
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to enhance the program.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Spanish native/ Portuguese is a plus);
• Self-learning personality and ability to work independently;
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once;
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage;
• Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus;
• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable.
