Blockgeeks is seeking a research analyst and blockchain / cryptocurrency / cryptoeconomy subject matter expert and thought leader.
Responsibilities:
Identifying, monitoring and interpreting macro themes and trends occurring within blockchain/cryptocurrency
Utilizing chain specific attributes to determine economic outcomes (analyzing node activity, meme pools, network efficiencies, utilities, etc.) to identify opportunistic changes in activity
Identifying emerging business opportunities, researching and developing investment theses
Seeking out and piecing together fragments of information, extrapolating building and applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns and drawing conclusions
Conducting research on various cryptocurrencies (initial focus on BTC and top 20/most active)
Generating weekly report
Attending conferences and seminars as necessary
Leading all aspects of analysis, modeling, due diligences and documentation Facilitating the decision-making process at the senior management level
