Associate (Growth & Strategy)

About the role

An interest in blockchain technology and an analytical mind is important. You will be joining a diverse team of business and technology specialists working together to develop new blockchain solutions to help deliver next generation technology platform with a focus on financial use cases. As an Associate (Growth & Strategy) at Zilliqa, you will be responsible for multiple workstreams, including, but not limited to, market research, project management, and streamlining the growth initiative budget. You will be comfortable working across a range of engagements and tasks - conducting strategic analysis of the needs of the Zilliqa platform, actively seeking out promising projects, working with such projects to create a reasonable scope of work, and managing the delivery of their milestone - to deliver the highest quality outcomes at pace.

Ideal Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system or a related field
• Experience seeing projects throughout the full life cycle and completing projects according to the outlined scope, budget and timeline
• Having previous experience in managing blockchain-based projects is a plus
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Knowledge of and passion for cutting edge technologies/digital initiatives (blockchain knowledge) is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable in rapidly changing, highly ambiguous environments
• Self-accountable, with a drive for constant self improvement
• A knowledge sharer, always willing to help the wider team
