What we're looking for:
VCRED is seeking talented engineers to build the next generation of DeFi. As an automation/bot developer, youâll help solve unique, highly complex problems and will report to the founder, and work with our backend team to build efficient code.
Strong expertise in Python with ability to iterate and prototype fast is a neccesity in this role. Expertise in developing trading bots, knowledge of arbitrage, liquidation etc will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Ship, review high-quality and well-crafted code
- Liase with our smart contract teamsÂ
- Report to founder, and understand system requirements, improve existing prototype
- Use existing off-the-shelf libraries, and develop unique solutions
- Experiment, innovate on our contract run time execution
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Strong experience in engineering, building and testing bots in PythonÂ
- Knowledge of Web3 and Ethereum Development Tools and Libraries, such as hardhat
- Experienced in interfacing with contracts in solidity via web3.js or web3.py
- Proficient in GIT, knowledge of pull request based workflows, and managing tickets via Trello or Jira
- English language proficiency
- Good understanding of Solana, EVM chains is an advantage
- Experience in data science, regression analysis is an advantage
