Join the team behind the longest running Web3 events as we launch Blockchain Futurist Conference Miami, happening November 5–6, 2025 at the iconic Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & DAER Nightclub. 

Volunteering with Futurist is a great way to build your resume, develop industry connections, and be part of a major international Web3 event. You’ll work alongside experienced organizers and gain behind-the-scenes insight into how top tier tech conferences operate. We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic volunteers to help run the show, from registration to speaker support and everything in between. 

Whether you’re a student, early career, or just passionate about the space, this is your chance to get involved.

Available Roles: 

• Speaker Coordinators – Help manage speaker check-ins, escort to stage, coordinate with stage team (priority role; full-day commitment preferred) 

• Registration & Check-in Team – Welcome attendees and get them set up 

• VIP & Lounge Support – Assist with exclusive access zones and VIP guests 

• Event Experience Ambassadors – Flexible support across key areas to ensure an exceptional experience for attendees and speakers alike 

Schedule Overview: 

• Setup Days: 

• Monday, Nov 3: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 
• Tuesday, Nov 4: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (All hands on deck!) 

• Conference Days: 

• Wednesday, Nov 5: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM 
• Thursday, Nov 6: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
