You will play a vital role in identifying and managing relationships with strategic partners to drive our rapid growth.
As the Business Development Manager you will:
- Help develop and execute business development strategy and tactics that support Anchorage Digital’s growth and success.
- Manage all elements of the partnership life cycle, including scoping opportunities, identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, implementation and optimization.
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Maintain healthy and productive partner relationships, consistently resolving business, policy, and technical issues.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Product, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and so on to develop new partnerships.
- Prospect and qualify deals to generate a strong pipeline of business development opportunities.
- Design and implement necessary analytics and processes to meet growth targets.

- You possess experience helping build a first class Business Development team in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment within the crypto, banking, or finance industry.
- You have a proven track record of developing relationships, negotiating, and problem solving with both internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- You’ve successfully helped negotiate a broad set of high value deals in complex positions.
- You have deep knowledge of and credibility in financial services, with some understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- You’re a creative, results-driven thinker who can clearly translate priorities into strategy.
- You demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate thoughtfully and act on strategic instincts.
- You flourish in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about bringing order to chaos.
