We are seeking a top notched Business Development Manager with a proven track record to become an integral part of our company’s exponential growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the crypto industry. A pre-existing network of relationships built with other blockchain companies and exchanges is highly preferred.
This role will assist in driving the entire organization’s top line through strategic crypto partnerships. You should be tactical and visionary but extremely hands on. If you have proven success surpassing your KPI's and goals to achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual goals, this is the role for you!
This Person must be able to:
- Aggressively pursue relationships that will drive the AXEL Token’s visibility and company revenue.
- Work with upper-level management to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Call prospects to gain traction with specific key players in the industry, with the ability to reach decision makers.
- Execute email and LinkedIn campaigns with experience in superior social networking practices.
- Identify new verticals, distribution channels, and target markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a degree in a technical or financial field preferred. MBA or graduate degree preferred.
- 3 years of crypto and blockchain industry experience in a business development or similar capacity.
- 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field
- Able to keep up in a young company’s fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including C suite executives and investors.
- Positive attitude, driven, highly motivated, and extremely passionate.
- Charismatic person with the ability to articulate and present compelling value propositions across various media channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Access to a network of senior level industry executives is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills.
