We want to expand our Dream Team and we're looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer, this is where you come in! Working side-by-side with our CEO, you would play an essential role in growing our revenue and expanding the user base of Lympo-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive the overall company marketing strategy in line with Lympo business goals;
  • Build and maintain the entire digital presence of the Lympo brand through multiple channels, including website, official announcements, PR, social media, and community events, etc., following the brand guidelines, driving new ideas and initiatives;
  • Maximize the brand impact through online marketing, public relations, social media, online groups, online and offline events, etc., establishing Lympo as a leading brand in the global DeFi space.
  • Work closely with community managers, building and maintaining the Lympo brand in the public domain, including in the digital space and among our global communities (online and offline);
  • Manage the production of marketing materials to support other teams;
  • Shape and lead the Public Relations of the company;
  • Perform analytics and build insights to inform and improve on our narratives, campaigns, incentive programs, product development, and ultimately user retention and growth;

Role Requirements:

  • Smart individuals with good academic background and marketing experience ideally coming from the Blockchain sector or having a good understanding of Blockchain and willing to learn more;
  • Interest in blockchain technology and a general understanding of the crypto market;
  • Marketing planning and execution;
  • Leadership experience;
  • B2C marketing/PR experience with an in-depth understanding of product verticals, mechanics, target audiences, and value propositions;
  • Excellent English writing skills and verbal communication skills;
  • Comfortable with data-driven insights and decisions with the ability to perform consumer analysis and competitive intelligence research;
  • A self-starter and a strategic thinker, innovative, self-driven and open to new ideas;
  • Management complex marketing projects including cross-functional teams;
  • Interest in sports is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the blockchain and NFT market would be nice-to-have as well. It can be taught, but basic understanding tremendously accelerates the process.
