Chief Marketing Officer - Crypto Platform Community Building

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as Chief Marketing Officer - a strategic role that drives the fundamental growth of the company globally. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador as part of community building effort and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy to drive growth
• Work with cross-functional team (together with Product, Tech) to establish growth strategies to support aggressive growth targets
• In charge of a team accountable for design, content and quality of the landing page, form, product and content marketing
• Create and manage new user acquisition campaigns with rapid experimentation
• Involve and proactively engage community across social media platforms, with followers, KOLs and other organizations
• Build a marketing funnel to achieve hypergrowth in new user acquisition, sales lead generation and conversions
• Take charge of our brand voice, tone and story. Craft compelling marketing messages
• Manage other marketing counterparts to scale effort (SEO, content writers)

You will shine in this role if you have

• Experience growing a social media presence for a cryptocurrency company from the scratch (bottom up). KPIs will include the number of followers and active users on Twitter, Telegram and social media channels.
• You have passion and are big believer in Crypto
• High level of communication skills, working with levels from senior management through to trainees and social posts, you have the ability to deliver a message to any crowd
• Established portfolio of media and PR contacts such as TechInAsia or other publications
• Are highly proficient in digital marketing
• Have a deep understanding of marketing and growth analytics, growth hacking for digital products
• Have a proven track record in running high impact marketing campaigns

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of prior experience in similar growth roles
• At least 1 year working for Crypto/DEFI/CEFI project in the past 2 years
• Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
• A demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency in some capacity
• A highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
• Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver
• Strong bias towards action; Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure
• Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English - written, reading, writing, presentation.

Good to have

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• Existing crypto influencer relationships
