Chief Technical Officer

We are looking to build out a development team, and wanting to onboard a sharp CTO to help recruit, and manage this team. While acting as the development lead, and guiding a team on all stages. We are incubating projects through Magnus, and want to build out a full service team for our Token Studio. 

You are:
• An experienced full stack developer
• A motivated and experienced DeFi user
• A seasoned veteran in the CryptoCurrency space
• Experienced in leading development teams
• Pro-active and result-driven
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Your tasks:
• Manage a small development team (~ 5 employees)
• Be pro-active and come up with your own ideas
• Recruit and interview new developers
• Be in contact with the partners of Magnus Capital on a daily basis
• Help the development team where needed

What we ask:
• At least three years in the CryptoCurrency space
• At least three years experience as a developer
• Experience managing a development team
Compensation
• Very competitive salary
• Quarterly bonuses (in tokens), based on performance
• Flexible working hours

Salary Base is Negotiable, with Upsides in Investments & Bonuses.
