Things You Will Do
Be a strategic thought partner to the CEO and help build out the competitive advantage through technologyLead the evolution of our technical stack, development practices, and standards for codingRecruit, vet and onboard new engineers to the team and develop a strong remote engineering cultureDevelop the core product along with new features to drive the next waves of growth
What you’ll need
At least three years working as a senior full-stack developer, with at least one year working on a top DeFi projectA detailed mathematical and technological understanding of different AMM models and up to date thorough technical knowledge of DeFi protocolsAbility to recruit a top-class engineering team and develop top technical talentExcellent cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skillsExperience architecting, developing and launching software products from zero to oneExperience in an early-stage startup or leading entrepreneurial teamsAbility to operate and lead effectively in a remote setting
