As Telos grows, we are seeking a director of community relations who can help grow our community based on regional needs, application needs (DEFI/ NFT etc.) Our goals are to grow to a multi million user community and are seeking a director to dictate the strategy to make this happen.
- Act as a director level employee
- Create community growth strategy, which is updated as per needs of the ecosystem
- Create and help achieve KPIs around community growth (engagement, social #s etc.)
- Has high familiarity with Ethereum communities and NFT/ DEFI communities.
- Help direct user growth initiatives for applications in the Telos ecosystem
- Understands how to build communities in new regions and can advise on which regions we should be targeting
