Community Manager

About the Role

As AdLunam's first community manager, you'll be responsible for kickstarting the AdLunam global community, growing it from pre-seed stage to our token sake and beyond. This role will evolve over the coming months, in keeping with company milestones. Initially, your time will be split 60/40 between community management and content creation. As we grow, your time will be dedicated solely to the AdLunam community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop engagement strategies that encourages high-quality community growth and prioritises retention
• Design and implement innovative social media and communication campaigns
• Organise community events and competitions
• Manage AdLunam's community management strategies
• In accordance with our social media calendar, schedule posts a minimum of 1 week in advance
• Continuously monitor and moderate all AdLunam's community channels
• Proactively and on an ongoing basis, monitor and keep abreast of AdLunam's competitors and the overall launchpad lanscape's community channels
• Respond to users across all platforms in a respectful and timely manner
• Address and escalate community questions and suggestions to appropriate departments and key individuals within AdLunam
• Reinforce community guidelines when needed and manage individual user situations that arise in an empathetic, solutions-based way
• Track and report on community engagement statistics and quality of all our social platforms
• Research, create, and publish content, including social media posts (graphics, memes, and gifs) and blog posts (strategic, technical, and announcement posts)
• Collaborate with the marketing and other internal departments to ensure design, execution, and reporting of key objectives

About You

• You have 3+ years experience working in crypto community management and have led one or more active crypto communities yourself
• You have an intimate understanding of how crypto communities think and function, and what's needed for growth and continued engagement
• You have a high level of working knowledge of key community management platforms (Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and Reddit)
• You're very familiar with using publishing platforms like Medium
• You have experience with creative tools to create content assets
• You love working with influencers, AMAs, polls, giveaways, meme contests, and other community growth strategies
• You live and breathe social platforms; it's where you hang out even when you're not working!
• Your English communication skills (verbal and written) is excellent
• You have great general understanding of blockchain technology, various cryptocurrencies, and the industry as a whole
• You're insatiably curious and aren't afraid to learn new things
• You're results-oriented and you deliver quality work on-time
• You're a motivated self-starter who can work independently and problem-solve when needed
• You're a team player who cooperates well with others and it's important to you that others can rely on you
• You understand the importance of KPIs and 

Nice to Have's

• Previous experience working with Polygon-based products
• Previous technical experience working with NFTs
• Previous technical experience working with DeFi products
• You have technical experience working with IDO launchpads
• You have used IDO launchpads to invest in crypto tokens
• You can speak a second language useful for crypto community management
