Blockper is a Dubai based social crypto trading education platform that aims to bring a positive and substantial change to the level of education and community communication for crypto/blockchain ecosystems.

YOU WILL PERFECTLY FIT THE SHOES IF YOU HAVE:
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Several years of experience in managing a multi-channel marketing strategy focused on community building and engagement, preferably in blockchain ecosystems;
- Strong understanding of the general crypto market and on top of your game regarding industry trends and hypes
- Passionate for blockchain - to share our excitement for the future of Blockchain technologies!
- Business level fluency in English (articulation and writing);
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (advantage);
- Strong experience managing social media accounts and managing its budget;
- Ability to work self-organised and effectively in a remote environment;
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Present good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Agility and proactivity skills.

YOUR DAILY TASKS AND CHALLENGES:
- Developing, implementing and managing Blockper’s social media strategy
- Creating a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy;
- Creating and curating Blockper’s marketing content calendar and scheduling deadlines;
- Researching into the Blockchain market, latest trends and competition to spot opportunities and drive the growth of our business;
- Crafting and carrying out marketing campaigns in order to sustainably grow our user base (B2C) and acquire clients & partnerships (B2B);
- Collaborating with content writers and graphic designers to create advertising content;
- Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them;
- Monitoring SEO and user engagement, and suggesting content improvements;
- Keeping presence and consistency on social media;
- Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end;
- Reporting to the Management with the progress of the project.
