We are looking for a Community Manager to focus on engaging and interacting with our crypto, DeFi and blockchain communities. You will be able to work remotely and enjoy the benefits of working for crypto projects having early access to crypto projects and upto date information and news on everything DeFi
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create innovative ideas to drive engagement across our social channels on Twitter, Telegram, Discord etc
- Take appropriate actions to keep the community functioning smoothly (moving topics, editing posts, acting on inappropriate content, assigning tags, and helping with day-to-day community management.
- Contribute to our social media presence -- engaging an external audience to contribute to community conversations and help drive new community signups
- Stay informed on trends in our crypto projects and push out information promptly.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
- Be proactive in addressing community questions and suggestions
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Basic knowledge of Crypto/DeFi
- Excellent written English communication skills
- 1+ experience in community management
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, etc.
- Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
