We are looking to quickly onboard a new community manager. This manager is responsible for leading and growing our team of industry-leading moderators to deliver top-of-class Telegram and Discord moderation services for our clients.
- Do a deep dive into our client's projects to understand their offerings and goals
- Manage a team of moderators who deliver 24/7 moderation coverage of Telegram and Discord channelsĀ
- Understand the FAQs of each community and be prepared to answer questions quickly and professionally as an extension of the team.
- Identify and recruit community moderators on relevant platforms/channels
- Train moderators and future community managers on our clients' voice, tone, messaging, branding and positioning
- Monitor, track and report on engagement across all community platforms
- Create and share monthly reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Community Manager in the crypto space. Experience with managing a community prior and after a token launch is a bonus.
- Experience planning and running community initiatives and campaigns
- Motivated, self-driven and independent self-starter who will research and learn the skills and knowledge they need to be successful
