Job Details:
- Manage regulatory compliance program for assigned area within the Compliance Department.
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation and oversight of a compliance management program that addresses risks and provides operational efficiency.
- Advises and creates as necessary changes to business policies and procedures.
- Develops and continuously enhances compliance program for the assigned Compliance area, keeping abreast of legal and regulatory matters that may impact the compliance program.
- Develops, implements and monitors compliance program and controls for the assigned Compliance area. Identifies gaps in controls, proposes solutions, and implements corrective actions with business.
- Provides support for regulatory examinations and audits.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelors Degree
- Related and detailed experience on linkedIN profile
- Ability to develop and maintain close working
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong management and organizational skills
